I’m a proud Flagstaff local, currently serving our community as a firefighter and paramedic. My wife, Dixie, is a physical therapist, and together we’re raising two boys who keep us busy with sports and outdoor adventures. As a family, we love skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, and spending time at Lake Powell.
Through my work as a paramedic, I’ve had the privilege of helping people during some of the most difficult and uncertain moments of their lives. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming health challenges can be—especially when they’re paired with confusion around insurance and coverage.
On the other side, my wife has worked closely with patients navigating recovery, where access to the right care—and the right insurance—can make all the difference.
As our own family members have gotten older, I’ve personally walked through the challenges of helping them make important healthcare decisions while trying to manage rising costs and avoid unnecessary stress.

We’ll review your existing plan, including your monthly costs, coverage, and what you like—or don’t like—about it. We’ll also discuss your current medications, health history, and what you anticipate needing in the year ahead.
From there, I’ll walk you through your options and help you determine whether there are plans available that offer better coverage, lower costs, or both.
